Here we go again, another OBG player has won over 52K playing blackjack and baccarat and the casino has yet to make a payment to the player!
Here are the exact terms and conditions taken from Heroes Casino:
"Payout's are processed Monday thru Friday 8:00 am to 1:00 pm, usually within 48 hours of being requested but could take up to 5 business days. Heroes will make every attempt to ensure that all withdrawals are paid out in a timely fashion (FALSE). Certain factors beyond the control of Heroes, including, but not limited to, limitations imposed by financial institutions, may result in withdrawals taking longer to process.
A Player's initial withdrawal or changes to payment details are subject to clearance by the Heroes's risk department. This review can take up to 5 business days at which time the Player will be informed via email of their payment processed date.
The maximum amount that can be withdrawn is $2,500 per week (FALSE)."
This is not the first time I have had a problem with Heroes Casino. Last year, one of my members won over 30k from Heroes. In the end, GaleWind Software paid the player and revoked Heroes License.
And yet, here were are again, another player and another problem. But it is not just OBG that is having issues, SBR and The Gambling Times are also reporting payment problems with Heroes!
This is NOT an isolated case of the casino refusing to pay a player, it is a case of the casino taking the deposits and refusing to pay the winnings.
I have written Curacao Egaming Licensing Authority and await there response!
